The Advantage Program's mission is deeply personal to me. What started as a vision to provide mentorship and guidance for youth has grown into a program that is changing lives and strengthening families in our community.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when young people are given the support, structure, and encouragement they deserve—they grow in confidence, make better decisions, and begin to see new possibilities for their future.
