Background Statement

Founded in 1907, Cross Keys Village – The Brethren Home Community is one of Pennsylvania's largest nonprofit continuing care retirement communities, serving older adults throughout south-central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. Guided by our mission, "A Brethren ministry dedicated to enriching the lives of older adults," we provide a full continuum of services designed to meet the evolving needs of aging adults. Our campus offers residential living, personal care, memory support, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home and community-based services, Lifespring Adult Day Services, pastoral care, wellness programming, and a wide range of opportunities that promote lifelong learning, engagement, and purpose. Through compassionate care and a commitment to whole-person wellness, Cross Keys Village empowers older adults to live with dignity, independence, and meaning while supporting families and strengthening the communities we serve.
