Growing Hands for Brighter Futures

Growing Hands for Brighter Futures was founded by AnnMarie DiPasquale, inspired by a simple but powerful goal: to teach her children that kindness and service truly matter.

When her son Julius started preschool, AnnMarie—a former law enforcement officer—recognized how many children lack basic essentials like school supplies and support. That realization sparked the creation of a nonprofit rooted in love, purpose, and community impact.

Founded in June 2025, Growing Hands for Brighter Futures empowers youth and families to give back through school supply drives and toy collections. In just our first year, we donated over 15,000 school supplies to students across York County for the 2025–2026 school year and served more than 300 children through our December toy drive.

This year, we are continuing that mission through our 2nd Annual Stuff-A-Bus event on July 18th at Chapel Church in Red Lion, with a goal of providing 20,000 school supplies to local students. At the same time, we hope to double the number of children served through our toy drives, ensuring even more families feel supported throughout the year.

As a fully volunteer-based nonprofit, every donation directly supports our mission and the community we serve. As we grow, we are also building the foundation needed to sustain and expand our impact. Support for essential operations—such as event setup and distribution, storage and organization, packing and preparation, transportation, volunteer support, and community outreach—helps us ensure every donation reaches the children who need it most.

AnnMarie’s background in community service and her experience working with nonprofits shaped a hands-on, heart-led approach to giving. Alongside her children, Braydon and Julius, she is raising a new generation grounded in empathy, inclusion, and kindness.

Together, we are growing brighter futures—one act of kindness at a time.
