Life Changing Pathways

Life Changing Pathways is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO), an independent organization led by representatives of the local recovery community with the purpose of serving the unique and changing needs of that community.

Our mission is to empower individuals with the support, skills and knowledge necessary to create a life of lasting recovery and wellbeing. 

This year, we are excited to be raising funds specifically for our new Recovery Center, where we offer drop-in peer support services. 

At Life Changing Pathways, you will find a wealth of resources to help you on your journey. A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) is available to help you design your own personal recovery plan, set goals and help you achieve a healthy lifestyle. A CRS is an individual with lived experience in their own recovery. Who better to help you find your path to recovery than someone who walks their own!
