Through the work of The White Rose Leadership Institute, York County will be a model for exceptional nonprofit leadership that drives systemic social innovation and change. The Institute strengthens the York County nonprofit sector with empowered and exceptional leaders prepared to transform our community.
Through our signature fundraising event, Give Local York - the largest day of giving in York County, we help hundreds of nonprofits raise unrestricted funds and connect with new donors, all while providing training and support on storytelling, marketing, donor engagement and stewardship.
As a vision of the York Federal Fellows, the White Rose Leadership Institute will continue to offer a variety of professional and leadership development opportunities created exclusively for nonprofit executives. These unique programs leverage valuable curriculum by forging strong peer support networks.
