Keystone Innovation Collaborative exists to strengthen Pennsylvania’s innovation economy by connecting the people, institutions, and resources that help entrepreneurs start, grow, and stay here. We believe world-class ideas are not limited to the coasts. They are emerging across communities like York, Harrisburg, Lancaster, and throughout the Commonwealth, where talent is deep, institutions are strong, and the opportunity to build something lasting is real.

At our core, KIC is building the infrastructure for a more connected and more investable entrepreneurial ecosystem. We bring together founders, universities, investors, corporate partners, and community leaders to close gaps that too often prevent promising ideas from becoming durable companies. That means creating stronger pathways from research to commercialization, expanding access to mentorship and networks, supporting founder development, and helping regional stakeholders operate with greater alignment and shared purpose.

We work in close alignment with White Rose Ventures and other ecosystem partners to extend the reach of entrepreneurial support across Pennsylvania.
