We were established in 1975. Formerly known as Red Lion Community Services. Our organization provides basic needs to low income families. We offer a choice food pantry that provides food to almost 700 families each month, adult education and life skill classes, a diaper program, Utility Assistance, Senior Food Boxes, and holiday programs.
We partner with other organizations to provide awareness on social issues, coat distribution, GED courses, and other educational programs.
Our services are free.
We help to PROVIDE BASIC NECESSITIES TO LOW-INCome families residing in the red lion, dallastown, and eastern york school districts.
We are a nonprofit registered as a 501c3. Serving our community since 1974.
Our services include:
Choice Food Pantry, Adult Educational Courses, Baby Diaper Club, Children's Summer Food for Home, Senior Food Boxes, Thanksgiving Food, and Holiday Stockings & Gift Program.
Our Choice Food Pantry currently services 650 families/almost 2,000 individuals each month.

WE AIM TO ALWAYS BE AN UNDERSTANDING SUPPORT SYSTEM AND A SAFE HAVEN FOR EVERYONE WHO ENTERS OUR FACILITY. WE TRULY MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ESTABLISH PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CLIENTS AND HAVE GENUINE INTERACTIONS WITH THOSE WE SERVE. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND NETWORKING WITH OTHER AGENCIES OR ORGANIZATIONS, AS WELL AS WITH CHURCHES AND SCHOOLS, ALLOWS US TO GROW OUR SERVICES AS THE NEEDS GROW AND CHANGE EACH YEAR.

We offer programs that will help improve lives and help families with their daily needs.
To receive services from our organization you must reside in the Red Lion, Dallastown, or Eastern York School District.
Our services consist of:
A Choice Food Pantry-provide food to 350-400 families in our service area.
Education Program- courses to help you receive your High School Diploma(12 wk course, books, and the test is paid for by our agency), Nutritional Cooking Classes, Job Skills, Parenting, and Anger Management Courses.
Community Kids Food For Home- to ensure that children have food to eat in the evenings, on the weekends, and during school breaks we provide food full food boxes on a monthly basis.
Utility Assistance- we help families pay their utilities when they have suffered a recent loss of income, recent illness, or recent funeral expenses(when we have funding available)
WARM Program- we provide hats, gloves, scarves, coats, and blankets to people in need during the winter months.
Bags Of Blessing- we provide a gift card or holiday meal for families to prepare on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
Baby Club- we provide diapers, pull-ups , formula, wipes, baby clothes, juices, baby food, and other baby items when available. Families must enroll while scheduling your pantry appointments online.
