Eastern York Band Boosters

Eastern York Band Boosters were founded in 1995 to support the Elementary, Middle, and High School bands of Eastern York School District. Over the past decade, interest in the music programs has swelled and the size of the bands in the district has surpassed expectations. Within the past few years, the band program has started additional programming due to this increase:

• Eastern York Indoor Percussion
• Eastern York Indoor Color Guard
• Eastern York Middle School Jazz Band

The most amazing change has occurred within the high school marching band, the Eastern York Marching Knights. This musical ensemble has grown from a miniscule band of 17 students in 2005 to an astounding group of 75 who wins championships and was recently promoted to the top tier class in the Cavalcade of Bands! EYBB looks forwards to continuing to support high quality music to the students of York County and beyond.

Not to be outshined, the Eastern York Indoor Percussion (EYIP) was started in 2022 as a rag-tag ensemble who met to play at the high school. In 2023, EYIP had their inaugural season in Keystone Indoor Drill Association (KIDA) performing in a novice class. In 2024, with countless months of hard work, EYIP itself received a promotion to a higher class within KIDA to perform against other school ensembles which have had programs for decades. EYIP is available to High School and Middle School students and it continues to grow which means it requires additional support for success!
