Family First Health is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing accessible, high‑quality care for every person who walks through our doors. Across 10 convenient locations in York, Adams, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties, we offer comprehensive primary medical and dental care, optometry, integrated behavioral health and substance use services, and a wide range of community health programs.
Our dedicated team of health care professionals creates a welcoming, patient‑centered environment where individuals and families can pursue happier, healthier lives. We serve all patients—regardless of insurance status or ability to pay—and offer bilingual staff and on‑demand interpretation to ensure language is never a barrier to receiving care.
Each year, more than 39,000 people rely on Family First Health for services ranging from routine checkups and dental exams to immunizations, preventative care, behavioral health support, and substance use treatment. We also bring care into the community through innovative programs such as mobile school dentistry and mobile medical services; Caring Together for individuals living with HIV; and maternal‑child health programs like Connections for a Healthy Pregnancy and Nurse-Family Partnership.
This Give Local York, we invite you to help strengthen our School-Based Health efforts. Your support expands access to medical and dental care, behavioral health services, and the education students need to build lifelong healthy habits.
Your gift today helps Family First Health build healthier communities—one student, one family, one future at a time.
Thank you to our sponsors who are supporting challenges and matches for our fundraising efforts!
We improve lives: in big ways and small ways. From high quality health services and innovative partnerships to daily acts of compassion. In all ways, we work together to improve lives.
