Girls on the Run envisions a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.
Each spring and fall, small teams of girls gather twice a week afterschool and are guided in dynamic discussion, running games and activities designed to build friendship, learn and practice critical social emotional skills, and establish a framework for setting and accomplishing big goals.
Girls on the Run is for every girl, regardless of ability or income.
