Leg Up Farm changes the lives of individuals with special needs every day. We’ve helped clients take their first step, say their first word, make their first friend and learn to live more independently. Our engaging and fun environments and custom treatment plans enable us to improve outcomes for more than 700 individuals with special needs each year. Community support is the reason we’re able to keep our services affordable and accessible.
