Pedal 4 Peace

At Pedal 4 Peace we believe in people regardless of race, religion, sex or creed. We believe that through bikes and bike riding activities we can bring unity and spearhead progression in our community. Our #DezWorld Jr. Mechanics Program is an introductory class to all of our other programs. In memory of late Dezman Jones who was killed in a tragic gun incident, this class teaches basic tools and bike repair. Instructors teach lessons on bike parts, changing a flat tire and how to fix brakes. We do offer advanced training to older youth, giving lessons on cranks, bottom brackets, derailleurs and so forth. After completing this class students are then eligible to enter into additional programs, trips and events that Pedal 4 Peace offers such as Ramp Building, Trail riding, BMX Racing and MTB Racing.
