The mission of The Well Family Life Center, "building healthy communities, one person at time," might seen daunting to some but it is in our DNA. Over the past 10 years, we have provided specialized, faith-based trauma treatment for those suffering from childhood and/or adult trauma of all types. Through our Nouthetic Counseling program, educational classes, and life skills training; our approach to whole body health has shown that safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments have a positive impact on a broad range of emotional and physical health problems, and on the development of skills that help individuals reach their full potential. The Well Family Life Center is forming connections with other organizations to collaborate in providing better care for our participants. We are also seeking to extend relationships with those we serve by providing long term care; which will include affordable housing, helping to ensure success upon exiting our program.
The Well Family Life Center has been active in York since 2006, providing services throughout York County and outlying areas. We believe in community, supporting, assisting, and caring for one another.
