We are a trauma-informed care agency that strives to create a safe environment of trusting relationships and a culture of hope and healing where all will thrive. Because of the support and response of our community, we currently serve nine counties throughout Central Pennsylvania and provide services to over 24,000 clients per year.

For this year's Give Local York Campaign, TrueNorth will be highlighting and raising funds for our Mental Health Services and Substance Abuse. Our Mission is to inspire hope and healthy living by providing behavioral health and wellness services one person at a time. Our vision is a community where everyone has a path to wellness. Our team is committed to addressing this need in our community. TrueNorth Wellness Services has been providing our communities with Counseling Services, Residential Services, Autism Services and Educational and Prevention programs for the past 50 years. Your donations can go a long way in supporting the work of our organization, and the community as a whole.
