Typical Life Corporation has been supporting people with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities in York County for over 25 years. With almost 30 residential homes, community services, and our day programs, we strive every day to enhance the lives of the people we serve. As the needs of our individuals are always evolving, we aim to make sure we are offering the best opportunities for these amazing individuals.

Why vans? Because access to the community is a significant barrier for those of all abilities. These vans are a key piece to ensure we can assist those in our programs meet their individual goals in the community.
Who benefits? These vans will be used in both our Day Options locations and our Residential locations! Access to the community is a universal need for those we support.

Mission
Typical Life Corporation is dedicated to providing holistic, person-centered support that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to grow, thrive, and live meaningful lives.
The organization currently operates 28 residential homes supporting 49 individuals, with expansion underway to 31 homes and 53 individuals served. Typical Life also offers Community-Based Supports through its Day Options program in York County, as well as comprehensive Vocational Services and Home and Community Habilitation.
Serving hundreds of individuals and their families, Typical Life Corporation is recognized for exceptional care, strong community partnerships, and personalized supports that honor each person’s goals and strengths.
