Mission Statement	The purpose of MPSF, Inc. is to create a positive experience for young women in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to earn scholarship opportunities. We will create a positive mentoring experience for our young women to serve the community and grow personally and professionally as individuals.

Our Story

The Miss PA Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is the official licensee of Miss America! Each year, we award thousands of dollars to the amazing young women representing their communities at the annual Miss Pennsylvania and Miss Pennsylvania's Teen Scholarship Competitions held at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts in York.

It is through the generosity of donors, community organizations and businesses, that the Miss PA Scholarship Foundation was able to award more than $70.000 this past year!

Your gift will be used to benefit the academic dreams of young women and teens, developing their talents and skills to be the next generation of changemakers.
