Community Connections for Children is a United Way of York County partner agency, that helps families find and pay for quality child care. We work with over 1200 providers in 13 counties to assist them in improving the quality of care they provide to children and families. A recent study in Pennsylvania showed that productivity problems cause PA businesses to lose $600 million per year due to child care challenges faced by their workforce. Community Connections for Children helps to reduce these burdens by increasing the number of child care programs, improving their quality, and assisting low income working families in paying for child care.
