For over 50 years, TrueNorth has been a pillar in our community, meeting behavioral health and wellness needs at every stage of life. As a trauma-informed care agency, we strive to create a safe environment of trusting relationships and a culture of hope and healing where everyone can thrive. Today, we are proud to serve over 24,000 clients annually across nine counties in Central Pennsylvania.

TrueNorth’s Residential & Community Support I’m support TrueNorth’s vital work in providing housing and independence for adults with a history of mental health concern. I believe that a safe, stable home is the foundation of wellness, yet many individuals in our community face significant barriers to finding and maintaining a place of their own.

TrueNorth’s Residential and Community Support Services provide more than just a roof; they provide a path toward independence, dignity, and a higher quality of life. Your support helps fund life-changing programs like:

• Assisted Living & CRR Programs: Providing 24/7 staffed, ranch-style and group homes for older adults and individuals who need a structured environment to manage symptoms and build daily living skills.
• Supported Housing: Helping individuals locate and secure their own apartments while providing the essential support—like transportation and life skills training—needed to maintain that independence.
• CHIPP Program: Assisting individuals transitioning from psychiatric state hospitals into community-based, clustered apartment settings with 24/7 staff assistance.
• Social Rehabilitation Services: An educational and supportive environment in Hanover where individuals can build vocational goals, socialization skills, and the confidence to live in the community without recurring hospitalizations.

Donating during these 24 hours helps TrueNorth Wellness Services unlock "stretch pools" and bonus sponsor funds—exponentially increasing the impact of every dollar you give toward housing and adult mental health support.
