What started as a job at White Rose Senior Center has become something much deeper: A true calling to care for our senior community.
The older adults we serve (60+) across York County aren’t just participants, they’ve become like family. This isn’t just a place to socialize; it’s where people find connection, support, dignity, and a sense of belonging. For many, it also helps meet real needs like food insecurity with compassion and care.
We rely on the generosity of others to keep our programs running and our doors open. Our mission is to create a space where people can share their talents, find comfort, receive support, and stay connected to the community.
They’ve given me more than I could ever give back and that’s why this matters so much.
